Luke Haywood Luke Haywood is the Policy Manager for Climate and Energy at EEB. Before joining EEB, Luke was policy analyst and climate economist at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC) in Berlin. He previously worked as an economist at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris and at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin. He has a PhD in economics from the Paris School of Economics, an M.Phil in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
