Nikolai leads EPHA’s Food, Drink & Agriculture campaign which advocates for evidence-based policies to reshape the European food system towards better health and well-being. In particular, the campaign works to free Europe’s youth from health-harmful marketing, ensure sustainable healthy diets for all, and reinvent EU’s common agricultural policy.
Nikolai has a background in European law and agricultural economics. Previous experiences include work at a European energy sector association, the European Commission, with human rights and rural development, in the cultural and private sectors and on farms.
