After gaining experience in managing non-profit initiatives and non-formal education in Ukraine and across Europe, Tetiana joined YEE in 2019 to support young activists in building a strong European youth climate and environmental movement.
In 2015-2017, together with Peace Corps Ukraine, she co-directed three youth empowerment summer camps where experts and volunteers taught Ukrainian teenagers about pending social and environmental issues, helped them to grasp project management and fundraising techniques and carry out projects in their own communities.
In 2018-2019, she worked as a manager of teachers at the largest EdTech company in Eastern Europe Skyeng, where she mentored 90 English teachers in 15+ countries.
